About The Position

As a Loan Consultant, you’ll play a key part in growing our business by actively promoting and selling loan and protection products in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment. You will understand customer needs to recommend the right financial solutions, managing the entire sales process, both in person and virtually — from application to closing. You will build strong relationships and earn trust through excellent service, while staying focused on individual and team sales goals. Additionally, you will perform credit assessments, process payments, and manage overdue accounts.

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience with a focus on meeting/exceeding targets
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• A customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering value
• Must be able to communicate in both French and English with our customers across Canada (50% in French and 50% in English)

Nice To Haves

• Post-secondary education in finance, sales, or business is an asset
