Serve as support to the loan area. This role involves processing loans, which includes preparation work, computer input, and follow-up. The assistant may also help with loan closings, prepare reports for management, and assist in preparing loans for the loan committee. Additionally, the role requires establishing, maintaining, and revising filing and record-keeping articles, records, and other documents. The loan assistant will also help customers with loan or account questions, assist with bill paying and GL entries, track exceptions, and process payments. Regular and reliable attendance is expected.
