Summary
Perform duties in a timely, and accurate manner while providing great member service. Duties include but are not limited to, processing ACHs and AFTs, managing titles, filing and maintaining GAP claims, creating termination statements, and running various reports.

Responsibilities

• Title tracking
• Processing checks and balance bills with general ledger accounts
• Work with insurance companies on total losses and provide 10 day payoffs and any other required documentation.
• Create and mail monthly letters to members regarding their insurance
• Take over the phone payments
• Answer loan phone line, check voicemails and send messages to the appropriate staff to resolve member issues
• Provide back up support for our Visa department
• Printing, processing and maintaining various loan department reports
• Verify and process multiple different types of loan payments
