Dieterich Bank has approximately $1.5 billion in assets with 16 locations in South Central Illinois and the Metro East region, as well as a loan production office in South County, St. Louis. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of banking or loan administration experience
- Must demonstrate our core values of Integrity, Value, Service Excellence, & Teamwork.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Must be able to meet deadlines
- Ability to multitask
- Detail-oriented focus
- Organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently to get projects/assignments done
- Ability to effectively work with supervisor
Nice To Haves
- Associate's degree in office administration preferred
Responsibilities
- Review loan files to ensure all documents are in order.
- Pull credit reports.
- Check insurance for collateral.
- Help schedule loan closings.
- Communicate with customers, answering their questions, following up on payments, or keeping them informed.
- Fund loans.
- Send paperwork to title companies.
- Scan important documents for organization.
