About The Position

The Loan Services Analyst will be responsible for processing deals (loans and payments) under agented, participated and bilateral facilities of Natixis Bank US office. Additional tasks include processing of the amendments and assignments, authorization of transactions, reconciliation of open items, booking and processing of the insurances. The Candidate will work closely with Middle Office, and Loan Booking teams on daily activity. The candidate needs to be well organized, accurate and able to work independently. Daily Corona reconciliation and past-due report monitoring are both essential duties for this role.

Requirements

Undergraduate degree in Finance or comparable experience
Knowledge of current regulations and best practices
Knowledge of PC (Excel & Word) & Loan IQ; Payplus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure, multi task and meet tight deadlines
Effective written and verbal communications as well as a keen sense of detail orientation are also required

Calypso, Corona knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities

Process Natixis lender activity in deals that are financed by Natixis (either bilateral, or participated, as well as agented transactions).
Loan input, payment to lenders, generating notices for lenders, fee payments, monitoring of incoming funds in Syndication Account from lenders / Borrower, daily reconciliation, preparation of invoices.
Daily Corona reconciliation and past-due report monitoring.
Review/investigating of all open items under individual’s assigned accounts.
Review and feedback of all open items for past-due monitoring.
Processing of assignments and amendments as received from the counterparties in a prompt manner.
Checking and authorizing different types of transactions handled by the team.
Set up, processing and reconciliation of the Insurance payments, as per the existing internal processes.
