As a Loan Accounting Processor, this individual analyzes, corrects, and reviews various data, invoices and loan payments for processing and reporting. Requirements

• Strong understanding of mathematics and financial concepts.
• Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• 0-3 years’ loan operations experience.
• 3+ years’ professional/business experience in financial services, banking or mortgage industry.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with loan software such as ACBS, PayPlus, OneSource, etc. preferred
• Bachelors’ Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure loan record accuracy and continuity between multiple data points.
• Distribute incoming mail, including loan invoices to the appropriate department.
• Process incoming loan payments.
• Provide customer services.
• Monitor and assign tasks in servicer work queue
