About The Position
This position is responsible for operating machinery to ensure the continuous flow of product through the production process. The role involves monitoring and adjusting machine settings as needed, notifying the supervisor if machines require maintenance, and maintaining a safe work environment while adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. Candidates must have completed their 90-day probationary period, have three (3) points or fewer on the attendance policy, and have no suspensions in the previous 12 months. This position is open to current team members at this facility or complex only. The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
