About The Position

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Loading, Shipping, and Receiving Associate for the night shift. This role supports a safe work environment and involves inspecting equipment, understanding production orders, and meeting productivity and quality requirements. The associate will use cranes and manual handling for materials, complete documentation, and communicate effectively with the team. This position is not a forklift operator position but requires the ability to be trained on forklifts and cranes. The role involves standing and walking for 8-12 hours daily, repetitive climbing, and working in varying and extreme outdoor conditions.

Requirements

Understands and competent in all aspects of safe & efficient operation
Includes all line equipment, processes, and procedures
Detail and Quality Oriented
Verifiable Dependability and Energetic
Good Communication Skills
Basic Computer Skills (Email, Internet, Excel, Word)
Requires experience with hand tools, wrenches, banding equipment, and nail guns
Able to read a tape measure and other measuring devices
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist
Must be trainable on Forklift and Crane
Flexible with working overtime and weekends when needed
Must be at least 18 years of age to apply
