About The Position

As a Loader, you will move pallets of merchandise from staging areas and load proper trailers. You will load full pallets of merchandise into trailers and ensure damage is avoided. You will operate a forklift and pallet jack, and inspect trailers for damage before loading. You will utilize RF handhelds and/or voice to verify loading of pallets, and wrap pallets with stretch wrap. Additionally, you will operate a battery changing hoist, keep the work area clean, and complete inspection forms on equipment operated. Other job-related duties may be assigned.

Requirements

Certified forklift and pallet jack operator.
Demonstrates commitment and ability to work safely.
Show reliability and maintain satisfactory attendance.
Produce quality work.
Ability to maintain required productivity/work expectations.
Ability to operate required materials handling equipment (MHE).
Never balancing, sitting.
Occasionally climbing up to 4 ft. (Must have fall protection training and using proper fall protection equipment).
Occasionally smelling, crawling, kneeling, and talking.
Occasionally, feeling, fingering, gripping and carrying up to 60 Lbs.
Frequently lifting up to 60 Lbs.
Continuously stooping, pivoting and reaching (level: Waist/overhead, etc.).
Continuously standing and walking on surface type (s): Carpet, tile, concrete.
Continuously handling hearing, seeing and repetitive movement using both hands and feet.
