About The Position

This is a 3rd shift Loader position in East Windsor, CT, working Sunday through Thursday from 10pm to 8am. The pay rate is $18/hr. Candidates must pass a background check and drug test. The role involves picking and organizing customer orders, building and wrapping pallets, loading and staging completed pallets, verifying order accuracy, and moving materials within the warehouse. Efficiency is key to meeting production and shipping deadlines, and general warehouse duties may also be assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and move products throughout an overnight shift.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Previous warehouse, order picking, loading, or material-handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick and organize customer orders using warehouse equipment and inventory systems.
• Build, stack, and wrap pallets according to delivery routes and order requirements.
• Load and stage completed pallets for next-day deliveries.
• Verify products and quantities to ensure orders are accurate.
• Move materials throughout the warehouse using pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
• Work efficiently to meet nightly production and shipping deadlines.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
