Requirements

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Comfort using hand tools and operating basic machinery.
High attention to detail and ability to work at a consistent pace.
Physical stamina and ability to handle repetitive tasks throughout your shift.
Ability to lift, move, and handle materials weighing 50 lbs or more.
Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with extreme temperatures, especially during summer.
Able to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive motion throughout an entire shift on concrete floors.
Willingness to work occasional extended shifts (10–12 hours when needed).
Ability to work safely around forklifts, machinery, and in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Load and unload finished goods and raw materials safely and efficiently.
Prepare products for shipment by wrapping, labeling, and verifying accuracy against shipping documents.
Operate tools and equipment such as pneumatic screw guns, rubber mallets, screwdrivers, staple guns, dovetail machines, drills, and shrink wrap machines.
Assemble, square, and secure boxes for transport with speed and precision.
Work closely with other team members to meet daily shipping goals.
Maintain quality and safety standards throughout the warehouse process.
Keep your work area clean, organized, and hazard-free.
