About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Loader/Unloader Lead to support its Rental Division. The role ensures productivity, department goals, and quality standards are consistently met while customer route trucks are unloaded and loaded. The lead coordinates the work of Loaders/Unloaders and participates in loading and unloading as needed to ensure all customer route trucks are loaded by the end of the shift.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must adhere to the attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in safe proximity to other people for extended periods.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.
• Must be willing to learn to use a computer or console to complete work activities.
• Must be willing to frequently communicate with others to complete work activities.
• Must be willing to handle soiled or pungent materials with appropriate protective equipment.
• Must be able to stand for most of the shift.
• Must be able to stretch, bend, squat, stoop, turn, or reach to accomplish work activities, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be able to perform physical activity, including lifting or moving materials, for most of the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure productivity, department goals, and quality standards are consistently met during the unloading and loading of customer route trucks.
• Coordinate the work of Loaders/Unloaders.
• Participate in loading and unloading activities as needed.
• Ensure all customer route trucks are loaded by the end of the shift.
