About The Position
R+L Carriers has an immediate need for Outbound Operation Supervisors at our Dallas, TX Service Center to manage dock and dispatch operations. This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday, with various shifts available. Earn 1 week of vacation after 90 days of employment. Come and experience the difference with R+L Carriers.
Requirements
- Proven basic leadership experience
- Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment
- Strong Organizational / Communication/ and Logistical skills with solid problem-solving abilities
- Must have computer skills, and be proficient with Microsoft Office products
- Knowledge of the City, and surrounding areas
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of quality freight handling
- Prior LTL leadership experience
Responsibilities
- Coordinate Dock Operation and Driver/Freight Handler scheduling
- Ensure Safety Compliance
- Ensure quality freight handling procedures are followed
- Timely dispatching of LTL Loads
- Other duties as assigned by the Service Center Manager
