Requirements
- Lift up to 50 pounds.
- Able to take direction.
- Function in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to differentiate parts of different colors.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to read prints.
- Flexible in their work schedule and able to work 10 hours a day for a 4-6 month period
- Takes ownership and prides themselves in delivering a high-quality product
- Must maintain a dependable and reliable work schedule
Nice To Haves
- High School Degree or GED preferred
Responsibilities
- Load parts densely while keeping up with the line speed.
- Load parts so they do not hold water.
- Rotate to different positions when needed.
- Able to communicate with team members.
- Use the labels to identify what part the color is.
- Understands the QCDSM boards and contributes to continuous improvement activities in the department
