About The Position

We are seeking a reliable Loader + Packer to support daily inbound operations, verify orders, prepare shipments, and maintain accurate documentation. This role is ideal for candidates with forklift experience and strong attention to detail. The position is for the 2nd shift and may include overtime.

Requirements

• Experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse operations.
• Ability to operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift, move, and stage pallets.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in labeling and documentation.
• Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work 2nd shift.

Responsibilities

• Order Verification: Read order slips and match pulled items to ensure accuracy.
• Packing: Pack verified products into small parcels or pallets.
• Protective Materials: Use edge guards, kraft paper, and other protective materials.
• Equipment Operation: Operate banding machine (polyester bands), kraft tape dispenser, and shrink-wrap machine.
• Documentation: Create basic Word cover sheets and pallet labels.
• Forklift Operation: Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts to load/unload carriers and move pallets.
• Labeling: Label parcels for UPS/FedEx shipments and label pallets with tracking information.
• Housekeeping: Maintain a clean work area.
