Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently
  • Strong awareness of safety practices in an industrial or mining environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team on second shift
  • Basic mechanical awareness and willingness to learn equipment operations
  • Reliable attendance and commitment to safe, productive work
  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate front-end loaders to move, load, and stockpile raw materials
  • Support mining and production operations to ensure consistent material flow
  • Conduct pre-shift inspections and report equipment or safety concerns
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas throughout the shift
  • Follow all safety, environmental, and operational procedures at all times
