About The Position
We are looking for an EXPERIENCED LOADER OPERATOR to join our team. As a Loader Operator with Quikrete Heavy Construction Materials you will be responsible for running a front-end loader and providing parts and materials to the crew.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED.
- A minimum of 1–year of experience operating equipment (e.g., forklifts).
- Good organizational and math skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- MSHA experience/knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Operate heavy, motorized equipment with accuracy and efficiency.
- Support earthmoving and utility-related tasks.
- Load internal and customer trucks accurately and efficiently, ensuring product integrity while providing professional and courteous customer service.
- Properly utilize loader scales when loading trucks to ensure accurate weights and compliance.
- Pre/post inspections on equipment.
