About The Position

SRM Concrete is seeking hands-on, hard-working individuals to join their team as Nighttime Loader Operators. This role involves operating powerful front-end loaders and other heavy equipment to move materials like sand, gravel, and cement around the plant, ensuring continuous concrete production. The position requires a commitment to safety, teamwork, and maintaining a clean work environment. While experience is a plus, the company offers training for motivated individuals. Requirements

Willingness to learn and work hard (training provided).
Valid Driver's License.
Commitment to safety and willingness to speak up about safety concerns.
Ability to check equipment and perform basic fixes.
Team player with good communication skills.
Physically capable of performing a job that requires movement in various weather conditions.
Willingness to complete pre-employment screenings.

Nice To Haves

Experience running loaders or other heavy machinery.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Operate front-end loaders and other heavy equipment to move sand, gravel, and cement.
Load and unload trucks, hoppers, bins, and conveyors.
Collaborate with crew and production teams to maintain schedules.
Perform pre- and post-shift equipment checks and report any necessary repairs.
Adhere to all safety rules and wear required safety gear.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Assist with inventory counts.
Contribute ideas for process improvement.
Provide assistance to teammates and help with demanding tasks as needed.
