Requirements

Willingness to learn and work hard (training provided).
Valid Driver’s License.
Commitment to safety and willingness to speak up about safety concerns.
Ability to check equipment and perform basic fixes.
Team player with good communication skills and a strong work ethic.
Physically able to perform the job duties in various weather conditions.
Willingness to complete pre-employment screenings.
Adherence to the 5 Principles of Service: Safety, Quality, Kindness, Cleanliness, and Go-Getter.

Nice To Haves

Experience running loaders or other heavy machinery.

Responsibilities

Operate front-end loaders and other heavy equipment to move sand, gravel, and cement around the plant.
Load and unload trucks, hoppers, bins, and conveyors.
Work with the crew and production team to keep operations on schedule.
Perform pre- and post-shift equipment checks and report any necessary repairs.
Follow all safety rules and wear required safety gear.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Assist with inventory counts.
Share ideas with plant leaders for process improvement.
Assist teammates and help with other tasks as needed.
