About The Position
Koy Concrete is seeking a qualified Loader Operator/Laborer. The position will be tasked with assisting the plant Batchman in a safe and efficient manner while maintaining a safety-first attitude. This position requires knowledge in adherence with all company standards, policies, and procedures, as well as compliance with all federal and state regulations, including OSHA, TCEQ, etc.
Requirements
- Must have a valid Driver’s License.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Follow safety rules, regulations, and procedures set forth by MSHA/OSHA and Koy policies.
- Safely perform pre-shift and post-shift yard inspections along with the Batchman.
- Assist maintenance personnel with plant repairs when needed.
- Perform preventative maintenance.
- Cross-train on other positions in the plant in order to serve as a relief to other operators.
- Demonstrates a positive, upbeat attitude and energy level and works as a team player.
- Performs other related duties as may be assigned.
