About The Position

Fenix Parts is a leading automotive recycler with over 30 locations across the U.S. and 25 years in business. They are seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join their team. The Loader Operator will be responsible for safely operating loaders and other equipment to support daily yard and production operations. This role is not solely equipment-based; it also involves significant ground-level, hands-on work throughout the shift. Responsibilities include material handling, yard organization, cleanup, vehicle and parts movement, and assisting other operational areas as needed.

Requirements

• Automotive background and heavy equipment experience.
• Previous heavy equipment operating experience.
• General maintenance and understanding of mechanical equipment.
• Able to lift 75 lbs. continuously throughout the day.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate loaders and other assigned equipment to support daily yard and production operations.
• Perform ground-level, hands-on work including material handling, yard organization, cleanup, and vehicle/parts movement.
• Assist other operational areas as needed.
• Move, sort, stage, and organize vehicles, parts, materials, and scrap.
• Perform general yard cleanup and housekeeping, including debris removal and maintaining safe work areas.
• Assist other yard and production employees with physical tasks as operational needs require.
• Enter and exit equipment frequently throughout the shift to complete ground-level duties.
• Follow all safety procedures while working around vehicles, heavy equipment, and active production areas.
• Perform other general labor and yard duties as assigned.
