About The Position

Crystal Cabinet Works is seeking a Loader I to join their team in Princeton, MN. They sell their cabinetry through independent kitchen and bath dealers throughout the USA and Canada. The business focuses on crafting cabinets with people working together to ensure everything fits together perfectly. The Loader I is responsible for unloading cabinet components from the finish line conveyor, inspecting products, and sending them to the next step in the process.

Requirements

• Possesses comprehensive knowledge of nomenclature and product knowledge to facilitate the accurate as well as efficient reading of paperwork.
• Inspects components for color, accuracy, defects, proper elements, etc.
• Transfers components to one of multiple locations depending on product type and next step in the process.

Responsibilities

• Unloads cabinet components from finish line conveyor.
• Inspects products and sends them to the next step in the process.
• Performs rework or repairs as time allows.
