Requirements

Ability to operate industrial powered equipment (forklifts, clamp trucks, pallet jacks).
Ability to operate other warehouse equipment (shrink wrap machines).
Ability to complete all necessary daily paperwork.
Ability to perform all required pre/post inspection reports for all equipment.
Ability to communicate with operators on other shifts and in other departments.
Ability to maintain a clean, neat and orderly work area.
Ability to assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse.
Ability to comply with OSHA Standards.
Ability to turn off and lock equipment when not in use.

Responsibilities

Package and prepare finished product for shipping (shrink wrapping, palletizing, blocking and corrugating).
Load finished product onto trailers and trucks using powered equipment and manual labor.
Unload materials (empty crates/inbounds) from trailers and place in appropriate area.
Move materials as necessary for shipping and storage.
Perform quality control checks (no damaged goods in or out / accurate orders).
Operate within all Standard Operating Procedures and Job Safety Analysis.
Attend all safety and operational meetings.
