About The Position

Carry-On Trailer in Winnemucca, NV., has immediate openings for Load Crew Team. This role is responsible for loading trailers onto trucks for shipping. The company is offering a $1000 retention bonus for newly hired applicants, paid in three installments after 30, 60, and 90 days of employment. Additionally, a $750 referral bonus is available for each referred individual who completes 30 days of employment.

Requirements

Ability to work as a team
Follow orders
Complete tasks as assigned by supervisor
Understand diagrams for how trailers will be stacked for shipment
Strong communication skills to communicate with forklift drivers as trailers are stacked
Uphold all OSHA standards applicable to the responsibilities above.
