About The Position

This role involves safely handling and transporting packaged explosive products, operating manufacturing vehicles, and loading box trucks for job site deliveries. Responsibilities include loading and unloading trucks in compliance with safety and operational procedures, performing general and preventative maintenance on trucks and equipment, inspecting product bins, maintaining inventory records, and completing required documentation. The position also assists with site preparation and equipment setup. The role requires working outdoors in all weather conditions, lifting and carrying materials weighing 23+ kg (50+ lbs) regularly, and frequently squatting, bending, and walking/standing for extended periods (up to 10 hours/day). Maintaining effective communication, demonstrating teamwork, and wearing required PPE and company-issued uniform at all times are essential.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Basic math and counting skills.
Ability to read and maintain accurate documentation.
Must meet all state and federal explosive handling requirements and qualify as an ATF explosive processor.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Willingness to work various shifts and overtime on short notice.
Ability to work in loud environments (50–90 decibels); hearing protection required in designated areas.
High manual dexterity and physical stamina.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
