About The Position

Under the direction of the Warehouse Supervisor or Manager, the Load Builder is responsible for building bulk loads for delivery to Pacific Beverage Company accounts. This role supports warehouse operations by accurately pulling product, stacking and wrapping pallets, staging orders, maintaining a clean and safe work area, and following all company safety and operational procedures.

Requirements

  • Ability to operate forklifts, stand-up forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as assigned and authorized.
  • Ability to maintain the warehouse in a clean, safe, and workable condition.
  • Ability to restock flow racks and active warehouse locations as needed.
  • Ability to maintain equipment in a clean and safe condition.
  • Ability to notify a supervisor immediately if equipment needs repair or appears unsafe.
  • Ability to report accidents, incidents, unsafe conditions, or damage involving company equipment in accordance with company safety policies.
  • Ability to provide courteous and professional assistance to internal and external customers as needed.
  • Ability to follow company policies and applicable regulatory requirements related to the handling, storage, loading, and distribution of beverage products.
  • Ability to comply with federal, state, and company safety regulations, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Review pick lists and pull assigned products accurately for customer delivery.
  • Build, stack, wrap, label, and stage pallets in designated areas for delivery.
  • Write or apply account identification on pallets as required.
  • Turn completed paperwork in to the supervisor according to company procedures.
  • Operate forklifts, stand-up forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as assigned and authorized.
  • Maintain the warehouse in a clean, safe, and workable condition, including sweeping, scrubbing floors, removing debris, and supporting general housekeeping.
  • Restock flow racks and active warehouse locations as needed.
  • Maintain equipment in a clean and safe condition.
  • Notify a supervisor immediately if equipment needs repair or appears unsafe.
