Requirements

Current NH Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) certification preferred
Prior experience in home care, assisted living, or a clinical caregiving setting
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a home care environment
Must pass a background check and meet all state compliance requirements

Nice To Haves

Dementia Training Certification a plus

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to promote safety and independence
Monitor and document client health status, reporting any changes to supervisors or care coordinators
Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed, following dietary guidelines
Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and errands to maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
