Requirements
- At least 1 year of personal care experience
- Valid Driver License
- Reliable, compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Ability to provide respectful, person-centered Care
Nice To Haves
- Active LNA certification or PCA qualification
- Dementia care training/certification
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate one on one personal care
- Assist with daily routines, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide mobility and transfer assistance as needed
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
- Provide companionship and meaningful engagement
- Support a safe, comfortable, and peaceful home environment
