LNA/Experienced Caregiver Per Diem

About The Position
The Arbors of Shelburne is looking for LNAs or Experienced Caregivers to join our team! Make up to $26.50/hr with shift differentials and incentives! We have per diem openings on all shifts. Must be available to work at least one weekend a month. We are looking for a compassionate LNA's to join our team! As a Licensed Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.
Requirements
- Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
- Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
Responsibilities
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
- Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
- Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
- Other duties as needed.
