About The Position

Assurasource is a mental health services provider dedicated to making evidence-based therapy and counseling more accessible. In this role, you will support adult clients navigating common mental health challenges and contribute to care that is grounded in empathy, clinical quality, and strong therapeutic relationships. This is an opportunity to make a direct impact through virtual care delivery while working closely with a broader care team to support positive client outcomes.

Requirements

• Active LMSW license in the state of practice.
• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Experience providing telehealth therapy to adult mental health populations.
• Experience with clinical documentation and risk assessment.
• Knowledge of HIPAA requirements.
• Experience using CBT.

Nice To Haves

• Crisis intervention experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy sessions for adults managing anxiety, depression, and trauma.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards.
• Deliver telehealth counseling services while building strong therapeutic rapport remotely.
• Collaborate with care teams and provide crisis intervention when clinically appropriate.
