About The Position

Kforce has a client in Sandy Springs, GA that is seeking an LMS Product Manager to join their team. This client is undertaking a major initiative to unify learning and content management across five major brands, each currently operating separate LMS/CMS environments with different front ends, logins, user experiences, and cost structures. Summary: We are looking for a Product Manager with strong LMS experience to lead strategy, requirements, roadmap, and execution for consolidating multiple systems, logins, workflows, and digital learning platforms into a single unified ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who understands LMS products, CMS content workflows, multi-brand digital architecture, user identity management, and operational cost reduction.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience in enterprise or multi-brand environments
  • Strong LMS experience (e.g., Workday Learning, SAP Litmos, Cornerstone, Docebo, LearnUpon, or similar)
  • Experience managing CMS-driven content platforms with reusable components
  • Experience with SSO, identity management, multi-login workflows, and user experience simplification
  • Proven background consolidating or modernizing multi-system learning ecosystems
  • Excellent skills in writing user stories, building roadmaps, prioritizing features, and managing cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills focused on cost reduction and operational efficiency
  • Strong communication and stakeholder alignment abilities-comfortable influencing at all levels
  • Ability to partner with engineering to simplify multi-front end, multi-brand workflows

Responsibilities

  • Define the product vision and roadmap for unifying platforms into a single scalable solution
  • Drive alignment across brands learning teams to create shared standards and a unified experience
  • Evaluate current LMS/CMS workflows, logins, authentication models, content libraries, brand-specific platforms, and operational costs
  • Build a modernization and consolidation strategy
  • Gather detailed business and technical requirements across corporate training, operations, front-line team member learning, and franchise needs
  • Translate requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows
  • Prioritize features using data, impact, and cost-saving metrics
  • Work with engineering, UX, architecture, and vendor teams to guide delivery
  • Partner with vendors and internal teams to manage integrations, SSO, and system consolidation
  • Serve as the primary point of contact across teams
  • Facilitate workshops and working sessions to align five brands
  • Communicate progress, risks, blockers, and milestones to executives and project sponsors
