About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated LMS Data Coordinator responsible for a variety of learning management system (LMS) functions. This role involves the creation and maintenance of training courses and sessions, managing training curricula and assessments, and ensuring the accurate entry and archival of training records. The position also supports metrics and reporting related to quality systems, provides end-user support, and assists with tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years of experience working in an LMS, including curriculum assignment, course updates, and user group creation.
  • Strong administrative skills, including monitoring group email inboxes and handling issues.
  • Experience running reports from LMS systems.
  • Customer service mindset with a focus on internal team support.
  • Data entry and triage capabilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Basic knowledge of Quality Systems and GMP / GDP requirements.
  • Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and regulations such as 21 CFR, GxP, ICH.
  • Detail-oriented work with high accuracy.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Effective time management, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • Analytical problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with computers and word processing software, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
  • BS or BA degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Preferred experience with Absorb LMS or ComplianceWire.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain training courses and sessions.
  • Manage training curricula and assessments, including quizzes.
  • Review training records for completeness and ensure accurate entry and archival.
  • Support the maintenance of quality systems metrics and reporting.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of training courses and curricula.
  • Perform general word processing tasks and provide support.
  • Provide end-user support on LMS functionality and processes.
  • Assist with additional tasks and projects as directed by the manager.
  • Stay informed about compliance requirements and participate in relevant training.
  • Work on routine assignments and recognize deviations from accepted practices.
