Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience requested
• 1.5–2.5 years
• Learning Management System Administrator (Workday Learning preferred)
• Troubleshooting

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree in related field, instructional design certification, and/or facilitator certification preferred
• Instructional Design
• Learning Facilitation

Responsibilities

• Creates courses, programs, lessons, and offerings in the Workday Learning Management System
• Manages campaigns and waitlists in the Workday Learning Management System
• Runs reports in the Workday Learning Management System
• Manages learning activities in the Workday Learning Management System
• Supports the Talent, Learning & Organizational Development team
• Works hand-in-hand with the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) team
