About The Position

This is a part-time, remote position for a licensed associate therapist (LMHCA or LCSWA) in North Carolina who is already accruing post-graduate clinical hours toward full licensure. The role offers a caseload that matters, free supervision, a flexible schedule, and minimal administrative burden. Daybreak is designed to support clinicians at this stage of their careers.

Requirements

• Active LMHCA or LCSWA license in North Carolina.
• Post-graduate clinical hours already accrued toward full licensure.
• Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged youth and families.
• Comfortable with telehealth and EHR systems.
• Available Mon–Fri 3–8 PM.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in CBT, DBT, or similar modalities.
• Prior school-based or youth-focused experience.
• Bilingual Spanish/English fluency.
• Active NPI and CAQH.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based teletherapy to K–12 students across North Carolina.
• Collaborate with school counselors and families statewide.
• Participate in weekly individual and group supervision.
• Participate in case consultations.
• Contribute to clinical program development.
