Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Indiana license as LMHC or LMFT
• Eligible for independent practice and billing
• 6 months - 1 year needed as a psychotherapist

Nice To Haves

• Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical assessments, diagnoses, and individual psychotherapy
• Treat depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment disorder, grief and loss plus life transitions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings
