SoLuna Mental Wellness is a sustainable, in-person group practice offering psychiatry, psychological assessments, and therapy for individuals, couples, families, and groups. They are currently hiring talented, motivated LMFT-Associates who thrive in a collaborative environment and are ready to grow under strong, real-time supervision and mentorship. Requirements

Master's degree in marriage and family therapy, counseling, or related field.
Current Texas LMFT-Associate license in good standing.
Identified or willing to be assigned an LMFT-S supervisor (in-house available).
Strong diagnostic, clinical, and crisis intervention skills.
Experience with EHR systems and standard office tools.

Nice To Haves

EMDR, somatic, eating disorders, or addiction training is a plus.
Some evening and weekend availability is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assess mental health needs.
Develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide therapy for individuals and groups.
Coordinate care across the interdisciplinary team.
Support clients through grief, crisis, and life transitions.
Maintain timely clinical documentation.
Actively participate in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development.
