The incumbent delivers and picks up packages to and from residential and/or commercial properties. The incumbent performs their duties in a fast-paced physical environment requiring the operation of a vehicle and the constant transport and handling of packages. The incumbent practices safe transportation methods when traveling to and from residential or commercial properties. The incumbent ensures the best customer service possible through efficiency and commitment.

Requirements

Respect UPS appearance guidelines.
Excellent customer contact and driving skills.
Be able to lift packages of up to 32 kg (70 lb) without assistance and up to 68 kg (150 lb) with assistance.
Be able to orient yourself with the use of road maps.
Be 21 years of age or older (for insurance purposes).
Possess a valid Class 5 driver's license.
All candidates must provide their driving record before taking the road test.
Maintain a driving record with the following conditions: a) No accidents for which you are responsible in the last 3 years. b) No infractions for the current year (last 12 months) and no more than two infractions in the previous three years (last 36 months).
