About The Position
Evolution is hiring Live Studio Hosts in Philadelphia. You’ll host live Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat games on camera from a professional broadcast studio while online players join from around the world. This is not another customer service job. No headsets. No call queues. No angry customers on hold. No registers to operate. You’ll host live casino games on camera and create a professional, engaging experience for online players. Think: customer service skills, live hosting, and a modern broadcast studio. The communication skills you already have transfer directly to this role. We’ll teach you the games.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must pass required background checks
- Must be able to obtain and maintain valid Pennsylvania and West Virginia gaming licenses
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must wear the assigned uniform and maintain professional appearance standards
- Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
- Responsible, dedicated, and dependable
- Prolonged sitting at counter height chairs and tables
- Repeated use of both hands and arms
- Full mobility and dexterity in the upper extremities
- Ability to see and read a chat screen from at least four feet away
- Ability to communicate verbally with players
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds when needed
- Ability to work assigned shifts, including evenings, weekends, and overnights

- Complete paid dealer training through Evolution Academy
