About The Position

At Cancelled Breaks, we are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Live Stream TCG Show Hosts, focusing on Pokemon and One Piece. This role involves hosting live streams showcasing trading card breaks and collectibles, engaging with viewers, and promoting products. We provide comprehensive paid training, covering live streaming basics, product knowledge, customer engagement, and sales strategies. This is an onsite position based in our studio location.

Requirements

• Knowledge of One Piece TCG and/or Pokemon (card games not the video games)
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Able to work onsite 5 days a week.
• Open availability for morning or evening shifts, as well as availability each day of the week. During the training process must be able available for AM and PM shifts
• Basic tech skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiastic, positive attitude with a passion for engaging with others.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of accountability.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with streaming platforms and google drive is a bonus

Responsibilities

• Engage with viewers, answer questions, and create a fun, interactive atmosphere.
• Maintain a consistent streaming schedule and meet production goals.
• Multi-tasking & monitoring chat and communicate effectively with the audience to build relationships and a loyal community.
• Effectively promote products and sell products during live streams, upsell items, and drive customer engagement to increase sales.
• Host live streams showcasing trading card breaks and collectibles.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the Cancelled Breaks brand professionally.
• Help with pre-shipping tasks, including packaging and labeling orders for customers.
• Assist with card sorting and organization after the live streams to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
