About The Position

The Livestream Content Delivery Manager is responsible for the creative execution and production delivery of Apple’s livestream programming. Acting as the central hub between creative, production, and operational teams, this role ensures that scripts, demo storyboards, and creative briefs are seamlessly translated into live, broadcast-ready experiences. This role requires a seasoned producer with a foundation in large-scale creative agency environments—someone who’s delivered across a range of production capabilities from short-form social videos, digital and print assets, to long-form films and broadcast content. The ideal candidate thrives in complex, fast-moving environments, can navigate diverse stakeholders with calm confidence, and has the instinct to balance creative ambition with flawless execution.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in large creative agency environments, with exposure to multiple production formats (short-form video, print, digital assets, long-form or films).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder ecosystems with tact, clarity, and efficiency.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to thrive under pressure and adapt fluidly to change.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English.
  • Proven experience producing live or broadcast content.
  • Deep understanding of livestream formats, platform best practices, and digital-first storytelling.
  • Experience ideally within digital commerce, social media, or branded storytelling environments.
  • Track record of delivering high-profile creative work to the highest level of craft.
  • Experience working across regional and global teams.

Responsibilities

  • Creative Integration & Pre-Production: Partner with Content Strategists, Writers, and Demo Creators to receive finalized scripts, creative briefs, and storyboards; translate them into production-ready plans for agencies and crew. Participate in creative reviews and rehearsals to ensure storylines and demos align with both the creative vision and technical feasibility. Anticipate production needs, identify potential risks, and propose proactive solutions that preserve creative integrity while maintaining operational efficiency.
  • Agency & Partner Oversight: Manage day-to-day coordination with external production and operational agencies, ensuring accountability for all deliverables and adherence to Apple standards. Oversee both creative and technical partners across a variety of disciplines—filming, post-production, livestream platform integration, and logistics. Draw upon agency experience to guide multidisciplinary teams and ensure creative intent translates seamlessly across formats and channels.
  • Execution & Delivery: Own the full production timeline from pre-production through live execution and post-show wrap. Bridge creative and operational inputs into clear, actionable show plans that drive quality and on-time delivery. Partner with Creative Directors and Operations to ensure on-set flow, rehearsal readiness, and alignment across all teams and host talent. Safeguard Apple-level production standards—ensuring consistency of tone, narrative quality, visual polish, and viewer experience across every livestream. Support post-show analysis by capturing operational learnings, and agency feedback. Partner with Content and Operations teams to identify opportunities to refine workflows and strengthen creative-to-production integration.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the connective tissue between internal creative teams, marketing partners, and external vendors. Manage multiple stakeholders and decision-makers with diplomacy and clarity, ensuring alignment on show objectives and delivery standards. Model flexibility and composure in dynamic, high-visibility environments.
