About The Position

Refractors, Inc. is seeking a Live Selling Logistics Associate to support warehouse and logistics operations for their live-selling efforts. This role is responsible for all aspects of breaking and live-selling, including show planning, assisting on-air talent, and sorting and shipping. A strong knowledge of sports and trading cards is required for this position. The company is a multi-brand sports trading card & memorabilia services company that provides services to collectors, hobbyists, and investors. Their retail brand, Midwest Cards, is located in the Arena District of Columbus, Ohio.

Requirements

• Experience with packing & shipping.
• Experience with Google applications suite including; Google Sheets, Google Docs and more.
• Understanding of emerging online auction platforms such as Whatnot, FanaticsLive, Youtube Streaming, etc.
• 2+ Years of professional work experience
• Availability to work evenings, nights, overnight & weekends.
• English (Required)
• Knowledge of sports and/or trading cards is mandatory

Nice To Haves

• Understanding of marketplace platforms is a plus, such as eBay & E-Commerce Websites.
• Customer service & sales experience is a plus.
• An understanding, following, and passion for professional sports is important in this role.
• Warehouse: 1 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Support post-show fulfillment, sorting, and shipping for live breaks
• Pack and ship customer orders with exceptional care to protect high-value sports cards, TCGs, and memorabilia
• Support day-to-day warehouse and store operations
• Assist with inventory management
• Work with shipping carriers including USPS, FedEx, and UPS
• Research & preparation for shows
