About The Position

This job is a front of camera role for the purpose of selling knives and related products on live selling platforms including WhatNot, eBay, and other similar systems. The person in this role is expected to be engaging and charismatic with the audience to sell products in a high energy environment. The person in this role is also expected to be able to read and process key performance indicators to ensure that they are getting impactful results and evolving and growing Blade HQ's presence in the market. The right fit for this job would be a person who is passionate about the products and enthusiastic about interacting with the audience in an authentic way to build a loyal customer base.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Knife knowledge is required
Must have high school diploma, GED or equivalent.
Charismatic and engaging personality
Excellent communication skills
Basic Computer Skills
Planning and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

Some on camera or broadcast experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Planning and executing semi-daily live shows including setting up sets and products to sell
Pre and Post show preparation for live shows
Pulling product based on data and reporting to then feature on the platform for sale
Producing a high-quality live stream that engages the audience
Moderating and managing customer feedback and questions
Managing and tracking data so that success is measurable and clear
Creating reports to deliver to various stakeholders
Coordinating with various departments with great communication skills to ensure success
