About The Position

This position will deliver reliable, high-quality live events that connect executives and employees across the enterprise and enhance the audience experience. This position will lead a high-performing production operation that supports executive communications through scalable processes, consistent execution, and operational excellence. This position will optimize resources, strengthen production readiness, and ensure seamless delivery of enterprise live events. This position will partner with stakeholders across Communications and Video Services to drive production quality, operational continuity, and business impact. This role follows a hybrid work schedule and is based at 550 South Tryon Street, Charlotte, NC. The Wells Fargo job profile is Media Production Manager.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Media Production experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 2+ years of Leadership experience

  • Define production approaches that improve quality, scalability, and audience experience
  • Establish workflows that increase efficiency, consistency, and execution across live event production
  • Allocate resources to support priorities, demand, and business objectives
  • Lead delivery of executive-facing live events with consistent production standards
  • Lead production and operations that improve execution quality and outcomes
  • Partner with Communications clients to deliver enterprise events
  • Drive production readiness and continuity to support reliable event delivery
  • Maintain production standards that enhance reach and executive events
  • Resolve production issues and improve processes to reduce risk and disruption
