This role is designed to provide the knowledge and experience necessary for promotion to a supervisor (management) position. Trainees will learn about line and staff functions, operations, management viewpoints, and company policies and practices that impact all phases of the business. The program involves observing experienced workers to gain an understanding of the methods, procedures, and standards required for departmental duties, and demonstrating increasing proficiency and expertise with managerial responsibilities. Other relevant duties may be assigned.
