About The Position
The Live In Tenant Assistant will monitor the condition of the building, assist with special functions, facilitate move-ins and move-outs, and respond to tenant emergencies after regular hours. This position includes various other duties as assigned. The successful candidate will receive a rent-free 2-bedroom apartment and a bi-monthly stipend for services provided.
