About The Position

The Supported Living Group (SLG) is seeking Live-In Residential Managers to provide non-medical community-based and person-focused support services to individuals utilizing Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) Waiver I & II, and Personal Care Assistant (PCA) Waiver supports across Connecticut. The Residential Manager will support the physical and emotional well-being of their assigned brain injury waiver client(s), provide transportation to vocational settings and medical appointments, assist with meal preparation, financial management of the home, and general upkeep of the residence. Candidates must provide a safe home environment, medication reminders, and report any changes in client condition. The role requires 24/7 accountability with limited daily hours off shift. A private room and weekly food stipend are provided, along with an attractive compensation package including medical benefits and paid time off. Annual compensation starts at $56,000.00.
