About The Position

Freedom Home Care is seeking compassionate and dependable PRN Live-In Caregivers to provide one-on-one care in clients' homes. This role offers significant flexibility, allowing caregivers to choose assignments that fit their schedule. Unlike traditional shifts, live-in caregivers temporarily reside in the client's home for the duration of an assignment, typically ranging from 2 consecutive days up to 1 week, ensuring continuous care and companionship. The company emphasizes a supportive team environment and competitive pay.

Requirements

Previous live-in, overnight, home care, or caregiving experience required.
Compassionate, dependable, and professional.
Excellent communication skills.
Valid driver's license.
Reliable vehicle.
Current auto insurance.
Ability to pass a Minnesota Background Study.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
