About The Position

Affirmed Home Care is hiring experienced Home Health Aides (HHAs) for live-in opportunities throughout Suffolk County. This role offers flexible scheduling options including 3-Day Live-In, 4-Day Live-In, 5-Day Live-In, and Weekend Live-In. The position provides competitive pay, weekly direct deposit, sign-on and referral bonuses, fast onboarding, and a supportive team environment. Clients provide meals during live-in assignments, eliminating out-of-pocket food expenses for the HHA. There is also an opportunity to split a live-in case with another HHA.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of HHA experience
• Valid NYS HHA Certificate
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Physical exam completed within the past year
• PPD or QuantiFERON within the past year, or chest X-ray within the past 5 years
• MMR immunizations within the past 10 years

Nice To Haves

• Valid driver’s license is preferred, as many of our Suffolk County opportunities may require reliable transportation.
