About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Home Health Aides for Live In assignments throughout Monmouth County. Live In caregivers provide dedicated one on one support to clients in their homes while building meaningful relationships and helping individuals remain safe, comfortable, and independent. Live In care offers consistent hours, stable income, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact in a client’s life.
Requirements
- Active New Jersey Home Health Aide certification
- Willingness to work live in assignments in Monmouth County
- Compassionate and patient focused approach to care
- Reliability and professionalism in a one on one care setting
- Ability to build trust and strong relationships with clients and families
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
- Support mobility, safety, and comfort throughout the day
- Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship
- Follow an individualized care plan and monitor for changes in condition
- Maintain a respectful, calm, and supportive home care environment
- Communicate regularly with BAYADA’s clinical and office teams
