About The Position

Join the Gold Standard Team at Assured Quality Homecare (ASQ), a nurse-owned, family-owned agency dedicated to providing families with peace of mind through exceptional in-home care. As a Live-In CNA Caregiver / Home Care Professional, you will reside in the client's home during your agreed-upon rotation to provide vital daily care, safety, and engagement. This full-time, live-in position involves rotational shifts where you live in the client's home, offering comprehensive support and companionship.

Requirements

Active driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle you own, and current auto insurance in your name
Active Rhode Island CNA license (RI only)
CNA (any U.S. state), HHA, recognized caregiver training, or completion of ASQ’s PCA program (CT only)
High school diploma or GED
Basic technology skills for mobile documentation
Ability to work rotations independently and pass background/health checks

Responsibilities

Reside in the client’s home during your agreed-upon rotation to provide vital daily care, safety, and engagement.
Assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene)
Supporting mobility, transfers, and prescribed exercises
Preparing nutritious meals and encouraging hydration
Providing medication reminders and light housekeeping
Driving clients to medical appointments, errands, and outings
Offering warm companionship and following individualized care plans
Completing daily mobile documentation and tracking break/sleep periods
